Our CEO (my co-founder) is forcing me to post on LinkedIn.
A step I’m not comfortable taking.
But one I’m willing to take if it sheds light on what we’ve built over 1,000+ days in business.
The background
I’m a programmer.
I spent 19 years learning where gaps exist in pharmaceutical sales operations. Then I helped build systems to fix what frustrated me.
Today, we’ve solved hidden and painful problems for some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the country. And if sharing that helps someone else solve the same problems faster, then maybe this discomfort is worth it.
What Herbst Group does
We turn 7 data systems into 1.
We give pharmaceutical reps tools that make sales easier.
We make Monday meetings about decisions instead of data debates.
The work speaks. Now I’ll do the same.
The acknowledgment
Thank you, Dieter, for pushing our boundaries.
The work has always been the focus. The visibility is new. But if our experience solving pharmaceutical commercial problems can help others navigate the same challenges, the discomfort of showing up publicly becomes worthwhile.
What we’ve learned
Systems that get used beat systems that impress in presentations.
Adoption rates matter more than feature lists.
The gap between having data and having intelligence at the point of decision is where commercial performance lives.
19 years of watching those gaps. 1,000+ days of building solutions. Now, sharing what we’ve learned.
