We embed with a client's commercial team and execute alongside it, rather than handing over a recommendation. Every figure we publish carries its source and a verification date. Built in pharma, applied wherever data must be governed. Foundations before flash: data governed, claims carrying provenance, clarity as a form of service.
Our Purpose
What does Herbst Group do?
Herbst Group builds and runs the Herbst Conductor™ family of commercial-capability frameworks that turn field-force targets, incentives and execution into a governed system, and embeds with a client's commercial team to run that system alongside them, not a report handed over at the end. That work stands on a data foundation: disclosed sources, governed assembly, SA-resident storage and auditable transmission, the same chain behind every figure Herbst Group publishes.
Her-Zone™, the governed geographic intelligence layer inside that foundation, has its Foundation tier published under CC BY 4.0, with no commercial healthcare panel data used (verified 30 July 2026). Anonymised redesign work on rep territories has cut territory variance from 4:1 to 2:1 (CEO sign-off 2026-06-14).

How do we prove what we publish?
Every figure Herbst Group publishes traces to a named source and a verification date. That discipline covers our own registrations and our data products: POPIA registration 2026-001668, EcoVadis Silver (top 15%), and a Vanta-run security programme pursuing ISO 27001 certification, with the audit targeted within H2 2026.
The same standard applies to our client work. As of 30 July 2026, the Client Knowledge Warehouse records 42 engagements started in 2026 and 35 currently active, figures that update as engagements close and open.
