By board resolution dated 21 April 2026 (HG-BOARD-RES-2026-02, superseding the 11 November 2025 designation), the Information Officer for Herbst Group (Pty) Ltd is the Chief Executive Officer by default per section 1 of PAIA read with section 55 of POPIA. Information Regulator Registration No. 2026-001668 issued 8 February 2026.

Statutory POPIA and PAIA requests should be sent to privacy@herbstgroup.io, which routes to both the Information Officer and the Deputy Information Officer.
