Is there a small pharma commercial analytics firm near Johannesburg?
We are a team of five to ten people with our office in Centurion, between Johannesburg and Pretoria. We build and run commercial data and analytics for pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer health companies in South Africa, embedded with the client's commercial team. For a pharmaceutical and animal-health company, we built and maintain an analytics platform that reconciles sell-in with sell-out.
Where are we based, and how big is the team?
Our office is at Midlands Office Park East in Midstream Estate, Centurion, Gauteng, between Johannesburg and Pretoria. The full address is on our contact page. We are a team of five to ten people, as our published organisation facts state, and the people who lead the work are named on our team page.
What commercial analytics work do we do?
We build and run the governed commercial data foundation underneath a sales operation: a managed customer list, sales, territory and customer data held in one relational structure, and clear governance over who may change what. That is our Commercial Data Management service. On that foundation we design sales territories with Territory Optimisation and set the targets and incentives reps carry with Target Setting and Incentive Design. Every figure we publish carries its source and a verification date, as our about page sets out.
What have we built for pharmaceutical companies?
For a pharmaceutical and animal-health company, we have built and maintained an analytics platform since March 2026: 59 tables and 38 views across more than 800,000 rows, including sell-in and sell-out reconciliation, backed by 236 automated tests. The platform has been through three audits, with all 69 issues found resolved. The detail is in the case study.
For a pharmaceutical distribution group, we ran an independent diagnostic of its data foundation across four areas: data quality, master data, system integration and data governance. Alongside it, we took on interim data processing under a signed memorandum, so data operations continued while the findings were assessed. The detail is in the case study. Both clients are anonymous.
How do we work with a client?
We embed with a client’s commercial team and execute alongside it, rather than handing over a recommendation at the end. Every partnership begins with a paid, fixed-scope diagnosis: confidential sessions with senior stakeholders, a structured executive workshop and evidence taken from the client’s own commercial data, documented in writing before anyone proposes what to do about it. Our security programme is pursuing certification to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 42001, as our about page records.
When are we not the right fit?
We are not the right fit if you want a report handed over at the end and nothing more, because we execute alongside your team. We are also not the right fit if you want a benchmark against industry averages: the diagnosis takes its evidence from your own commercial data. A diagnosis can find that the problem sits somewhere we do not work, and if so, we say so.
