A pharma distribution holding group engaged us to assess the state of its data foundation. The scope covered four areas: data quality, master data, system integration and data governance.
What We Did
We ran the diagnostic across all four scope areas. Alongside the diagnostic, we took on interim data processing for the client under a signed memorandum, so operational data handling continued while the diagnostic findings were assessed.
