No licence to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works is granted or implied except where expressly agreed in a prior written agreement signed by the applicable Herbst entity and verified by STEYN IP.

This prohibition extends to the use of any content as training data, prompts, fine-tuning data, or inputs of any kind for artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

Unless expressly stated and confirmed in a signed engagement agreement, nothing in this email constitutes legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice.
