Who does OTC trade marketing analytics consulting in South Africa?
We work with OTC and consumer health organisations in South Africa: field-force training for a consumer health and OTC manufacturer, a de-identification pipeline for a branded OTC manufacturer, and pricing research for a self-care industry association, all anonymous cases. We have no named trade marketing analytics offer; retailer media, loyalty and category management measurement are outside our published work.
What OTC and consumer health work do we do?
We do three kinds of commercial work in the OTC and consumer health segment: field-force training, secure de-identification of data, and market and pricing research. Each rests on an anonymous case study below, named by industry, never by client.
How do we train an OTC pharmacy field force?
For a consumer health and OTC manufacturer, we delivered a 3-day tactical training block for about 20 pharmacy reps, within a programme that runs from July to December 2026. The detail is in the case study.
On our Pharmaceutical Field Force Training service, a tactical workshop compresses the core training block into a focused, in-person session for a defined rep group. The block length and group size are scoped to the team and the product set, not fixed in advance. The session is followed by 30 days of field implementation and a monthly reinforcement cadence, and the MCA Code and SAHPRA regulations run through the content.
How do we handle OTC data securely?
For a branded OTC pharmaceutical manufacturer, we work on a pipeline that de-identifies data by hash, salt and band, under the client’s enterprise data agreement. The engagement started in March 2026. The detail is in the case study.
Need-to-know access is our default for commercial data. We are POPIA-bound and pursuing ISO/IEC 27001, as set out on our Commercial Data Management service page.
What market and pricing research have we done for self-care?
For a self-care and OTC industry association, we delivered a 33-page zone-level economic value study of the self-care segment, and a separate price analysis across approximately 9,985 medicines drawn from a public pricing API. Both were delivered in February 2026. The detail is in the case study.
When is our work not the right fit?
Our work is not the right fit if you need retailer media measurement, loyalty programme measurement or category management for an OTC range. None of our published cases covers them, and we make no claim to them on this page. We also have no named trade marketing analytics offer. For the pharmacy field force, secure data handling or self-care pricing evidence, the cases above show the work we have done.

How do you train a pharmacy-facing OTC field force?
